En estos últimos 20 años, he podido presentarme en Italia, Francia, España, Suiza, Polonia, México, Cuba, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Belice, Guatemala, Estados Unidos y Taiwán.
Obras que son de mi autoría son con Brujerías de Papel: Ecce uovo, Historias del color de la tierra, Cocorí, Pesadilla de Obraztov, Museo Ambulante de los seres vivientes, Cuadros de una exposición que se realizó con la orquesta sinfónica de Sinaloa en el 2009 , Momentos de oro de Alicia, El Circo Flaco, El Arca, Bienaventurados que fue realizado gracias a la beca de creadores escénicos A 2009 –FONCA-, este mismo espectáculo es seleccionado para “V Encuentro de las Artes Escénicas” 2011 –FONCA-. Trabajos con Kaput Project: Hansel y Gretel, The Falling Love que fue realizado gracias al apoyo de Eprodanza -INBA-CONACULTA-, estuvo en la sala Manuel M Ponce del Palacio de Bellas Artes y invitado en 30 aniversario del FESTIVAL MEXICO DEL CENTRO HISTORICO, Margarita y IL CORPO con la compañía “Butoh Chilango”
Coproducción del Macbeth de 同黨劇團 “The Party Theater Group” en Taiwan en el 2013, Antes del rojo, noche de hormigas moras de Apoc Apoc danza en 2012, Entrenamiento para "Laika" de Rodolfo Guerrero, "El niño y el toro" de Alberto de Leon, Sin cine o con cine de Títere vivo, hice la dirección de "Los valles de Urikubo" de la Gaviota Teatro.
En 2015 sale su primer libro “Mecanismos de marionetas de acción directa” que se ha vendido en muchos lugares de América, algunos lugares de Europa y en Asia.
En 2016 estreno “Maya Genocidio: tomad y comed eucaristía del mal” gracias al Fonca, “Algoritmo Peter Pan” con Apoc Apoc danza, FAUSTO coproducción Mexico-colombia.
En 2017 participo creando y animando la marioneta con que hace un dueto uno de los mayores representantes del Butoh en Japon, Taketeru Kudo, en su espectáculo “Del amor al Terror”
En el 2017 se traslada a Asheville en Carolina del Norte, donde colabora con ACDT en tres obras.
En el 2018 participa en el Fringe Festival, donde obtiene el premio al “Fuera de reglas”, en este mismo año produce las marionetas y actua para la obra Bugs de ACA.
Estrena la obra “Seven Deadly Sins in the Border” su primera obra personal completamente producida en Estados Unidos, que habla del problema de la frontera. En 2019 presenta esta obra en Puppeteers of America con gran suceso.
Edwin Salas impartio el taller ¨Teatro politico con titeres¨¨ en en O’Neill Theatre Center como maestro invitado para la conferencia de Marionetas en 2020.
En este momento esta experimentando en el mundo de la multimedia con titeres y objetos animados.

Edwin Salas is dedicated to introducing the world of puppetry, theater, and dance to make dark worlds and talk about difficult themes from the personal to political. Build Puppets in wood or other materials, its teacher of puppetry, puppeteer, writer, dancer, and actor.

In 2018 he participates in the Fringe Festival, where he receives the “Out of Rules” award, in this same year, he produces the puppets and performs for the ACA play Bugs.
He premieres the play "Seven Deadly Sins in the Border", his first fully produced personal work in the United States, which talks about the border problem. In 2019 he presented this work in Puppeteers of America with great success.
In 2020 Edwin did the most personal permance about the murdered of his mother, ¨Dracula killed my Mom¨vtook two imprtant awards in Fringe festival.
Edwin Salas taught the workshop "Political Theater with Puppets" at the O'Neill Theater Center as a guest teacher for the Puppet Conference in 2020.
Right now he is experimenting in the world of multimedia with puppets and animated objects.
